Once a year, the Jade University of Applied Sciences Oldenburg presents outstanding student works from the fields of architecture and urban design in a “Best of Exhibition”. This year, the works from the 2023 academic year were curated for the first time by the students themselves as part of the compulsory elective course “Annual Exhibition Best Of”. The exhibition took place on the premises of the former Café Klinge in Oldenburg. In addition to design concepts, visualizations and models, it also included works from the fields of drawing, painting and architectural photography.

The RECHARGE project has now transferred this exhibition into virtual space. The tutors from the AUFLADEN laboratory used software such as Matterport and 3D Vista and acquired the necessary skills for implementation with the help of learning materials (nuggets). They used the knowledge they had acquired when creating the virtual exhibition. The Best of exhibition thus proves the effectiveness of the self-learning modules developed in the CHARGING project.
