Change-Management-Prozess

A change management process describes the process of change management. Change management is a structured process for planning and implementing organizational changes. Typically, the change management process involves preparing for the transition to a new state, obtaining the team's support for the change, and carefully introducing this change gradually.

A particular focus in change management is to approach planned changes carefully and holistically. Before implementing organizational changes, it is important to consider how they will affect members of an organization at different levels and in different teams. Change management practices often include strategies to help teams implement a change gradually, introduce a change as a pilot project in one part of the organization, or secure support from key stakeholders before introducing a new initiative.

To counteract the challenges of BIM implementation, a carefully planned change management process is an important strategy, as the implementation of BIM (Building Information Modeling) still represents a major hurdle for many companies.
