Orca AVA - Beginner

ORCA AVA is industry-specific construction software for creating cost planning, tendering, awarding and billing of construction services (AVA). It is therefore primarily used by architecture firms, engineering firms, construction departments, companies in the construction industry, cities, municipalities, universities and other educational institutes. According to the manufacturer ORCA Software GmbH, around 12,500 companies work with ORCA AVA.

1. Create a new project in ORCA AVA with one of your choice
Project number and name.

1. Create a simple 3D model in Revit or Archicad with
following elements: multi-layered wall, ceiling, window, door.
2. Sample all components of your building model with DBD-BIM.
3. Evaluate construction costs for your region according to “service areas.”
4. Now export the sampled building model as a BIM-LV container.

1. Complete the long text of a position with STLB construction.
2. Complete the long text of several items at the same time using STLB-Bau.

Orca AVA 05 - Beginner - output list of services

Task 05:

Print a list of services

1. Add the building owner to the project data.
2. Add a logo of your choice to ORCA AVA
3. Assign the correct ordinal number to all trades.
4. Output the list of services as a PDF.
